Peter Turner is Partner, Executive Vice Chairman and Global Head of Learning at 2b Limitless. He is an ICF PCC executive coach, leadership facilitator, keynote speaker and coach-education specialist who helps capable leaders and teams perform with greater confidence, clarity and impact. Peter has dedicated his career to understanding how people learn, develop and create meaningful change in this increasingly complex world.
Clients work with Peter across six connected areas: one-to-one executive coaching, team development, leadership and enterprise journeys, coach education/mentorship, coaching-culture transformation and keynote speaking. His work ranges from focused individual development to large-scale capability building across organisations.
In one-to-one coaching, Peter is particularly sought out for building confidence, gravitas, executive presence, communication and influence, career development, leadership transitions and leading other people. His highly personalised approach to coaching has helped to shape the ongoing journey of executive leaders in asset management, retail, hospitality, technology, telecoms, media, architecture, education and engineering. His team and enterprise work focuses on collaboration, strengths, leadership behaviour, motivation, sustainable high performance, coaching, feedback, accountability and building cultures in which people can perform at their best. He has worked with many companies including PWC, Kraft Heinz, Caterpillar, AES International, Nielsen, Kerry Group, WSP and Bloomberg Media.
Peter brings an academic foundation in education and applied psychology, together with thousands of hours of work with senior leaders across the GCC and internationally. He has personally trained and mentored hundreds of coaches, leads ICF-accredited Level 1 and Level 2 coach education, and has designed and delivered organisational coaching-culture and leadership transformations. As the Executive Vice Chairman and co-owner of 2b Limitless, he also brings lived experience of building teams, shaping strategy and growing a global professional-services business.
Whether supporting senior leaders to own the room, designing an enterprise level learning journey for teams or delivering inspiring keynotes, Peter is known for creating highly interactive learning environments that are intellectually stimulating and immediately relevant.
