FOR ORGANISATIONS / TEAM WORKSHOPS / 2b ALIGNED
ONE TEAM. ONE DIRECTION.
CLEAR ACCOUNTABILITY.
AMBITION IS EASY. ALIGNMENT IS THE WORK.
Leadership teams rarely lack ideas, experience or ambition. The challenge is bringing different perspectives together, making clear choices and translating those choices into consistent action.
Without genuine alignment, priorities compete. Decisions drift upwards. Important conversations are avoided. Teams leave strategy sessions with enthusiasm, but return to the same habits and competing interpretations.
2b Aligned creates the space for executive teams to address the questions that determine whether a strategy moves forward:
- Who are we at our best?
- Where are we going?
- What matters most now?
- How do we need to work together?
- Who owns what happens next?
What This Experience Delivers
Every 2b Aligned experience is shaped around the organisation, the leadership team and the decisions in front of them. While the content is tailored, the experience is always immersive, candid and practical creating the conditions for honest conversation and leaving the team clear on what happens next.
Designed For
Leadership Teams
Designed for leadership teams with collective responsibility for organisational direction, culture and performance at every level. It is particularly valuable when growth, transition or competing priorities demand greater clarity, cohesion and accountability.
Typical Format
TWO IMMERSIVE DAYS
The experience creates enough space to move beyond surface-level discussion. Day one explores collective strengths, team dynamics and culture. Day two turns strategic ambition into focused priorities, clear ownership and practical operating rhythms.
The Approach
RADICAL CANDOUR
We create the conditions for leaders to care personally and challenge directly. Tensions can be surfaced, assumptions questioned and honest feedback shared without losing trust or respect enabling the team to clearer decisions and stronger collective commitment.
The Result
PRIORITIES WITH OWNERS
The team leaves with clear strategic priorities, agreed leadership behaviours, practical operating rhythms, named owners and immediate actions. Everyone understands what matters most, what they are accountable for and how progress will be maintained.
ALIGNED IN ACTION

Clear is kind. Unclear is unkind.
Brené Brown
Not Another Leadership Away Day.
A successful experience is not measured by how energised the team feels when it leaves the room, but by what changes when everyone returns to work. 2b Aligned replaces competing priorities with shared focus, polite agreement with candid conversation, diffuse responsibility with named ownership and short-lived momentum with practical operating rhythms. The team returns knowing what matters most, who owns what and how its members will hold one another accountable.

Designed Around the Decisions Your Team Needs to Make.
No two 2b Aligned workshops are identical. Before the session, we work with the sponsor to understand the organisation’s context and ambition, the decisions the team needs to make, existing strategic priorities, current team dynamics and the cultural opportunities or challenges influencing performance. We establish what has already been agreed, where clarity is missing and what success needs to look like after two days.
Preparation can include CliftonStrengths® assessments, strategy documents, individual reflection and targeted conversations with key stakeholders. The agenda is then shaped around the work the team genuinely needs to do.

When Alignment Matters Most
2b Aligned is designed for executive and senior leadership teams with shared responsibility for organisational direction, culture and performance. It is particularly valuable when a new team is forming, the organisation is entering a new strategic chapter, significant growth or transformation is underway, or different functions and leaders are pulling in competing directions.
It can also help established teams when execution has slowed, important decisions keep drifting upwards or accountability has become unclear. The experience creates the space to reset expectations, resolve what is getting in the way and agree how the team will move forward together.
Three Conversations That Create Alignment.
01
Who Are We at Our Best?
Every leadership team has a distinctive combination of strengths.
Using CliftonStrengths®, participants explore how they naturally execute, influence, build relationships and think strategically. The team identifies where it performs at its best, where contributions may be overlooked and where collective blind spots could affect delivery.
This creates a shared language for understanding difference without allowing difference to become division.
02
Where Are We Going?
Ambition becomes useful when it leads to choice.
The team develops a shared view of where the organisation is going, what success requires and what matters most now. Competing priorities are examined, assumptions are challenged and trade-offs are made visible.
The objective is not to produce more ideas. It is to create the focus required to act on the right ones.
03
How Will We Work Together?
Strategy is delivered through everyday leadership behaviour.
The team agrees how decisions will be made, how accountability will work and how difficult conversations will be handled. It identifies the behaviours and operating practices required to support the strategy—and the habits that must change.
Culture becomes something the team actively shapes through the way it leads.
FACILITATION WITH THE COURAGE TO CHALLENGE.
Our facilitators know when to create space, when to ask the difficult question and when to help the team move from discussion to decision. They bring energy, experience and constructive challenge helping leadership teams leave with more than good conversation.

Alignment Is the Beginning.
2b Aligned works as a powerful standalone experience, but it can also provide the foundation for a six- or twelve-month leadership journey or a multi-year enterprise partnership.
The priorities, behaviours and commitments established during the workshop become a shared starting point for ongoing development. Quarterly reviews, 1:1 executive coaching, 2:1 coaching and wider leadership programmes can then build on that foundation maintaining accountability, responding to new challenges and keeping strategy, culture and leadership aligned over time.
