Throughout her executive career, Melda has led across sales, marketing, research and development and general management, holding senior leadership positions with global organisations including Procter & Gamble and Kraft Heinz. She has successfully led multi-billion-dollar business portfolios across Turkey, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, guiding organisations through significant market disruption, business transformation and sustained commercial growth. Her ability to balance long-term vision with operational execution has enabled businesses to strengthen performance while adapting to changing environments.
Alongside her commercial achievements, Melda is recognised for building inclusive, high-performing teams where people are encouraged to contribute, grow and succeed. She has championed diversity, equity and inclusion throughout her leadership career, actively supporting the advancement of women through organisations including Mentor Walks, Lean In Singapore and LEAD Network Europe. Her experience leading across cultures and international markets gives her a broad perspective on the opportunities and challenges facing today’s leaders.
Melda completed her coach education through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a member of the Association for Coaching. Her coaching is thoughtful, direct and grounded in genuine partnership, creating the conditions for participants to broaden their thinking, discover their talents and make choices that align with both their ambitions and values. She particularly enjoys working with senior leaders who are stepping into larger roles, leading transformational change or seeking to increase their influence across global organisations.
