FOR ORGANISATIONS / TEAM WORKSHOPS / 2b UNLEASHED
Different Strengths.
Stronger Together.
Your Greatest Advantage May Be Hiding in Plain Sight.
Ask most people what they need to improve and they will have an answer ready. Ask them what they do exceptionally well, and why it matters, and the answer is often harder to find.
Our strengths can be difficult to recognise because they feel so natural to us. When people learn to name them, understand them and apply them deliberately, those strengths begin to create greater value.
People also become better at recognising what others contribute. Teams stop expecting everyone to think, communicate and work in the same way and begin making better use of what makes each person distinctive.
This is not about ignoring weaknesses. It is about managing what gets in the way while investing more deliberately in what creates value.
What This Experience Delivers
Every 2b Unleashed experience is practical, personal and shaped around the people in the room. Participants develop a clearer understanding of themselves, a greater appreciation of one another and practical ways to use their strengths in the work that matters.
The Foundation
Clifton Strengths®
Participants discover the talents shaping how they naturally think, feel and behave. Through facilitated exploration, they learn how those talents influence their contribution and how to develop and apply them with greater awareness and intention.
Typical Format
Half or Full Day
Choose a focused four-hour introduction or a deeper eight-hour team experience. Both formats are interactive and tailored around the team’s organisational context, current priorities and intended outcomes.
The Experience
Individual and Team
Participants explore their individual strengths before bringing the results together through a collective Team Strengths Grid. This reveals how the team naturally executes, influences, builds relationships and thinks strategically.
The Result
Strengths in Action
Insight is connected to the team’s real work. Participants apply their strengths to current priorities, relationships and challenges, leaving with clear actions for working more intentionally and making better use of everyone’s contribution.
STRENGTHS IN ACTION

Strengths Aren’t Just Good for People. They’re Good for Performance.
A strengths-based approach is more than a positive way to develop people. Gallup’s research connects the everyday use of strengths with meaningful differences in engagement, productivity and business performance.
People who use their strengths every day are six times more likely to be engaged at work.
Teams that focus on their strengths every day have demonstrated 12.5% greater productivity.
Teams that receive strengths feedback have demonstrated 8.9% greater profitability.
2b Unleashed turns these principles into practical action helping people understand what they naturally do best and use it more deliberately for themselves, their colleagues and the performance of the team.

More Than an Assessment. A Shared Language for Performance.
CliftonStrengths® provides the insight. 2b Unleashed helps people do something meaningful with it.
Participants explore the patterns behind how they naturally think, feel and behave, how those patterns influence their performance and how other people may experience them.
The result is not simply greater self-awareness. It is a practical shared language that makes it easier to discuss contribution, difference, collaboration, performance and support.
WHY STRENGTHS?
Discover why strengths sit at the heart of 2b Unleashed. When people understand what they naturally do best, and recognise the value others bring, they work with greater confidence, trust and intention. Hear how strengths can transform individual contribution into a collective advantage for the whole team.
What Changes When People Know Their Strengths?
When people understand what they naturally do best, they can use those strengths on purpose rather than leaving their contribution to chance. Following the experience, participants will be better equipped to:
- Articulate the value they naturally bring
- Apply their strengths to their role and priorities
- Recognise when a strength is being overplayed
- Understand and value different ways of thinking and working
- Communicate and collaborate more effectively
- Build stronger partnerships across the team
- Approach challenges with greater confidence and resourcefulness
- Turn personal insight into practical action

When 2b Unleashed Makes the Difference.
2b Unleashed can support leadership teams, functional teams, project groups and colleagues from across an organisation. No previous knowledge of CliftonStrengths® is required.
It is particularly valuable when a team is newly formed or changing, trust and collaboration need strengthening, growth or transformation is creating new demands, or an organisation wants a shared language for developing its people.
It also works for established teams that want to better understand their collective profile, strengthen key partnerships and make more intentional use of the talent already available to them.
Learn From Coaches Who Bring Strengths to Life.
Our global faculty do more than explain assessment results. They create honest, engaging conversations that help people recognise themselves, understand one another and connect their strengths to the work that matters. Every workshop is practical, highly interactive and shaped around the people in the room.
Faculty can include
Make Strengths Part of How Work Gets Done.
2b Unleashed works as a powerful standalone experience, but it can also provide the foundation for a six- or twelve-month development journey or a multi-year enterprise strengths programme.
The shared language established during the workshop can be carried into leadership development, team meetings, project planning, role allocation, onboarding, coaching, feedback and performance conversations. Further workshops, executive coaching, team coaching and regular reviews can then help strengths become part of everyday organisational practice not simply something people discussed during one energising day.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
2b Unleashed is our signature strengths-based development programme. It combines Gallup CliftonStrengths® insight with facilitated exploration and practical application, helping individuals and teams understand what they naturally do best and use it more intentionally.
CliftonStrengths® is an assessment developed by Gallup that identifies recurring patterns in how an individual naturally thinks, feels and behaves. Rather than measuring what is wrong or fitting people into a fixed personality type, it helps individuals understand the talents they are most naturally inclined to use. Those talents can then be developed and applied more intentionally as strengths.
No. A strengths-based approach does not mean pretending weaknesses do not exist. It helps people distinguish between areas that genuinely need to be managed and differences that do not need to be fixed. Participants also explore how their strengths can become less effective when they are overused or applied without enough awareness.
Top 5 focuses on an individual’s five most dominant CliftonStrengths® themes and provides an accessible introduction to strengths. CliftonStrengths® 34 ranks all 34 themes and offers a more complete picture of how an individual is likely to operate. It provides greater depth for leadership development, coaching and longer-term application. We will recommend the most appropriate option based on the audience and objectives.
Yes. Participants normally complete their assessment in advance so the workshop can focus on understanding and applying the results.
Participants who have completed CliftonStrengths® previously can usually use their existing results. We will confirm which assessment they completed and whether they can still access their report.
2b Unleashed can be delivered for leadership teams, functional teams, project groups or colleagues from across an organisation. The content, activities and level of discussion are adapted to the participants and what the group wants to achieve.
The programme is typically delivered as either a four-hour half-day experience or an eight-hour full-day workshop. We can also design it as part of a leadership offsite, team-development journey or wider organisational strengths programme.
Yes. 2b Unleashed can be delivered in person or virtually. For virtual delivery, we adapt the activities and discussions to keep the experience personal, engaging and highly interactive.
The workshop can be adapted for different group sizes. The right design will depend on the number of participants, delivery format and depth of discussion required. For larger groups, we may recommend additional facilitators, breakout groups or a phased rollout to preserve the quality of the experience.
Participants leave with practical actions for applying their strengths more intentionally.
Depending on your objectives, 2b Unleashed can also become the foundation for individual coaching, team coaching, leadership workshops, quarterly reviews or an organisation-wide strengths journey.
