As the General Manager, Melanie is the anchor that grounds the team at 2b Limitless. Her strengths are based around getting the details right, developing systems and processes that build efficiency.
Melanie is adept when making carefully thought-out decisions, building discipline into the 2b engine and making sure we execute around our priorities.
Melanie is the second longest-standing member of the team, behind Mick the founder and is a hugely important part of the 2b Limitless business.
A graduate from the Philippines, Melanie qualified for her Bachelor Degree in Commerce Major in Management from Centro Escolar University, before gaining an MBA Degree from San Beda College, both in Manila.
With a solid background as a Senior Accounts Officer, specializing in the banking sector, Melanie came to Dubai in 2010 where she gained experience in large corporates, working closely with Managing Directors and working her way up to General Manager.
