FOR INDIVIDUALS / COACH TRAINING / 2bAPC Level 1
BECOME THE COACH
PEOPLE REMEMBER.
GREAT COACHES DON’T GIVE BETTER ANSWERS. THEY CREATE BETTER THINKING.
People do not always need another opinion or someone to tell them what to do. They need the space to think clearly, see new possibilities and take ownership of what happens next.
A skilled coach creates that space.
2bAPC Level 1 develops the mindset, capability and professional foundations required to coach with confidence. You will explore the science behind effective coaching, practise the craft with real people and begin developing an approach that feels authentically yours.
Coaching is not simply something you learn to do. It changes how you listen, lead and connect with people.
WHAT IS APC?
Discover what makes 2bAPC different from conventional coach education. The programme combines internationally recognised professional standards with strengths, behavioural science and repeated real-world practice developing coaches who can create meaningful change and leaders who can bring professional coaching capability into the work they already do.

LEARN IT. PRACTISE IT. MAKE IT YOURS.
2bAPC is interactive from the outset.Facilitated learning and coaching demonstrations introduce new ideas, but the deepest learning happens through application. You will practise coaching, experience being coached and observe other coaches working with different people and situations.
Guided study, reflective activities, peer feedback, mentor coaching and a written learning journal help you examine your development between sessions. A recorded coaching session allows you to demonstrate your capability and receive formal performance feedback.
The result is more than theoretical knowledge. You leave with meaningful coaching experience and a clearer understanding of the coach you are becoming.
Coaching is unlocking people’s potential to maximise their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them.

WHAT CHANGES AFTERWARDS?
Coach education develops more than a professional capability. It changes how you listen, question, lead and connect with other people. Hear how the 2bAPC experience can transform the conversations you create, the confidence you bring to them and your understanding of the coach you are becoming.

ONE PROGRAMME. TWO POWERFUL PATHS.
Some participants join 2bAPC because they want coaching to become their profession. They are establishing a practice, preparing for a career change or building the education and experience required to work towards an individual ICF credential.
Others want professional coaching capability to transform the work they already do. They may be leaders, consultants, internal coaches or people-development professionals who want to create better conversations and help others take greater responsibility for their performance.
Both belong in the room.
The different experiences, industries and ambitions within the cohort make the learning richer while everyone develops against the same professional standards.

THIS PROGRAMME DOESN’T JUST TEACH COACHING. IT DEVELOPS THE COACH.
A coaching framework can provide useful structure. It cannot tell you exactly what the person in front of you needs.
Effective coaching requires presence, curiosity, judgement and the confidence to stay with a conversation when the answer is not immediately clear.
2bAPC combines coaching theory, behavioural science and professional standards with repeated practice, honest reflection and the experience of being coached yourself.
You will learn how to use structure without becoming dependent on a script and begin developing a coaching philosophy and style that are genuinely your own.
