The 2b Summit is built around the belief that the people in the room matter as much as the people on the stage.
You will hear powerful stories and different perspectives, but you will also have time to consider what they mean for you. Facilitated table conversations create space to exchange ideas, hear from people beyond your usual world and connect the evening’s themes to your leadership, life and next chapter.
Nobody arrives with every answer. Everyone brings an experience, a question or a perspective worth adding.

OUR 2026 SPEAKERS
Dr John Viney
Dr John Viney knows what it takes to grow a business – and how much that growth asks of the person leading it.
The founder of Leaderverse, he helps CEOs accelerate growth, make better decisions and build stronger teams whilst reclaiming time to think. With a doctorate in leadership, he has experienced the demands of growth himself: as co-founder of an international financial services firm, he helped build a business that spans 36 countries and has achieved two appearances in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 finishing fourth out of 2.8 million firms, with leadership recognition from Richard Branson.
John brings curiosity, humour and practical experience to the messy business of growing companies and being responsible for other people. Expect stories that spark recognition, ideas you can use and a welcome opportunity to laugh at some of the things we all do.
H.E. Aisha S. Rawert, M.Sc., LLM, MBA, FCIPD
Her Excellency Aisha Rawert is a former Executive Director in the Abu Dhabi Government, executive advisor and founder with more than two decades of leadership experience across government and industry. Her career has focused on building organizations, leading institutional transformation, strengthening governance and navigating technological change.
Today, her work focuses on human-centered AI governance, leadership and institutional design, particularly how organizations can benefit from artificial intelligence while preserving human judgment, accountability and decision authority.
Aisha holds an MBA from Georgetown University, an MSc in Big Data and Business Analytics from ESCP Business School, and an LL.M. in International Business Law from Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas. She brings together executive experience, technology, law and organizational thinking to examine how leaders and institutions can remain effective and human in periods of profound change.
Ben Corrigan
Ben Corrigan is Principal Director of TP Bennett Bluehaus. Bluehaus, now TP Bennett Bluehaus is a 23+ years Middle East established award-winning multi-disciplinary design practice founded in Dubai and with regional offices in Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and Manila. In 2025 Bluehaus was acquired by London head-quartered TP Bennett, a 100+ years established Architectural and Interior Design practice of 400+ people.
Born in Tehran and educated in Singapore and the United Kingdom before moving to Dubai in 1998, Ben established Bluehaus in 2002. For Bluehaus the past five or so years have been the most exciting, and the recent acquisition by TP Bennett propels Bluehaus into a new and exciting chapter of growth and innovation for TP Bennett Bluehaus, our people and our teams.
Guido de Wilde
Guido is a Belgian national, with University qualifications in Germanic Philology and specialized in Scandinavian Languages and Literature. He studied at the Universities of Ghent and Oslo.
In March 1983, he started his hospitality career at ITT Sheraton working for Sheraton Reservations Corporation in Brussels. In 1984 he moved to Bahrain to lead Sheraton’s Worldwide Reservations office for the Middle East. Between 1988 and 2006 Guido held various leadership positions in Sales & Marketing for Sheraton and worked as General Manager and Area Manager for Starwood in Portugal. Early 2006 Guido moved to Dubai as Vice President, Regional Director for Starwood Middle East, and was Senior Vice President for Starwood when he was appointed as Chief Operating Officer by Marriott International in September 2016 when Marriott acquired Starwood. Upon his retirement in June 2021, Guido was responsible for a portfolio of 170 hotels with 80 hotels under development in the Middle East, including Turley and Egypt.
In September 2023, Guido joined wasl Hospitality Dubai as Director Hospitality, heading up the Asset Management team overseeing a prestigious portfolio of 40 hotels in Dubai working with eight international management companies including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Accor, Mandarin Oriental, Nikki Beach, Dusit Thani and One&Only.

Still Learning: 2b Reset Workshop (9AM – 12PM)
Begin the day with an immersive workshop exploring the science of sustainable high performance.
Led by Neil Wagstaff, 2b Reset introduces how epigenetics and personalised biological insights can help us understand the way our bodies respond to stress, nutrition, movement and recovery.
Explore how to create more consistent energy, sharper focus, stronger recovery and greater resilience under pressure—moving beyond generic wellbeing advice towards approaches that reflect your individual biology.
2b Reset is designed for leaders, founders and high-performing professionals who want to continue operating at a high level without treating exhaustion as the price of ambition.

Still Swinging: 9-Hole Golf Scramble (1pm – 4pm)
Take to the course for a relaxed team competition combining good golf, questionable golf and plenty of conversation.
You do not need to be the strongest golfer in the room. Come ready to participate, connect and enjoy the experience.

Still Rallying: Padel Tennis Competition (2pm – 4pm)
A fast-moving and sociable afternoon of padel for people ready to bring some energy and friendly rivalry to the day.

Step away from competition and give focused attention to your energy, wellbeing and sustainable performance through a guided shared experience.
