Patrick is an ICF qualified and Gallup Certified Executive Coach, Coach Educator, and the creator of Sustainable High Performance (SHP) – the unique coaching approach he has developed, which enables individuals and teams to elevate and then sustain their success over the long-term.

With over five years of experience in a global professional services firm across Dubai and London, Patrick’s SHP approach is borne out of his personal experience, as well as his observation that many incredibly ambitious, driven, talented and intelligent individuals striving for success, but doing so in an unsustainable, unfulfilling way.

His SHP framework is a holistic approach to performance, which enables individuals and teams to: develop a healthy relationship with stress and challenge; transform their daily energy levels; remove distractions and become laser focused on what truly matters the most, today and over the long-term.

Based in London, he co-leads 2b Limitless UK & Europe and drives the global 2b Next Generation Leadership programmes and retreats. He also trains aspiring coaches through the 2b Accredited Performance Coach (APC) programme, and supports leaders to adopt a coaching approach to maximise the impact and performance of their teams.

A competitive age-group triathlete, Patrick qualified for and raced in the Ironman 70.3 2023 World Championships in Lahti, Finland and won his age group at the Eton Dorney Olympic Distance Triathlon in August, 2024.
