The front-line that has the biggest impact on the bottom-line and first-line managers make an enormous impact on the success.

Leaders in organizations are becoming more and more aware of the impact that the frontline have on the bottom line. There is a realization that no matter the quality of strategy that the key leaders in an organization develop if it does not translate to behaviour on the front line it will ultimately lack any meaningful impact. The conduits to this successful translation are First Line Managers (FLMs) and engaging them and providing them with the tools to understand their team’s strengths, engage them in their roles and align them behind key performance objectives and goals.
