Corporate Roleplay

Bringing Theory to Life
Corporate roleplay can be described as the opportunity to practise a specific work related situation to support and enhance a particular learning or skill.
It is an interactive exercise between a delegate or candidate and one or more roleplayers and can be bespoke.

We provide support to facilitators in recruitment and assessment, development programmes and communications training modules.

Our corporate roleplays regularly receive positive feedback and leaves the delegates feeling positive, empowered and engaged with their learning.

Forum Theater
Forum theater is an interactive form of theater that presents a bespoke learning scenario to encourage delegate interaction and is a powerful tool for development and exploring solutions to difficult challenges.

  • Challenge established perceptions
  • Reflection on behavior/action and resulting outcomes
  • Understanding group/team dynamics in the workplace
  • Exploring specific issues affecting individuals/groups
  • Identifying areas of conflict and possible solutions

Coaching Roleplay and Feedback
The delegates are given an opportunity to practice the skills attained during the program.

The roleplayers’ challenging characters based on real-life scenarios as described by individual delegates. Each roleplay is followed up by the roleplayers’ coaching and facilitating feedback to each individual.

Simulations
A challenging scenario is presented to the delegates to manage as a group. The roleplayers act out different characters presenting the challenges within that scenario.

The goal is to make the scenarios as life-like as possible so as to gauge individuals’ natural responses under pressure.

Each part of the scenario is followed by feedback in line with the training program.

Training Workshops
The above roleplay options can be embedded and tailored into any training program to enhance learning.
